The Standing Committee on the Legislative Assembly will be meeting to consider Bill 142, An Act to amend the Construction Lien Act, with public hearings in Toronto on Oct. 25 and on Nov. 1 and 15.
If you wish to make an oral presentation before the committee on Oct. 25, you should provide your contact name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to the Clerk of the Committee by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, Oct 20. The deadline for the Nov. 1 hearing is the same time on Oct. 27, and for Nov. 15, it will be on Nov. 10.
Written comments without an oral presentation can be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Nov. 15 to William Short, clerk, at Room 1505, Whitney Block, Queen’s Park, Toronto, ON M7A 1A2
