We experienced a serious glitch in our email server program last week, resulting in an unfortunate mailing where readers could not view any of the links, the “unsubscribe” button didn’t work and (undoubtedly) the email set off spam filters like crazy.
Until this mailing, we’ve been careful to comply with the Canadian Anti Spam Legislation (CASL), in requiring that all emails be sent to readers who have granted us clear permission or, in some cases, with whom we have done direct business within the last two years.
The error won’t be repeated.
As always, you can easily unsubscribe through the link on the email form, and if you wish to do it directly, email your unsubscribe (or change/addition) request to Mark Buckshon at buckshon@cnrgp.com.
