Prompt Payment Ontario has engaged Ipsos Research to conduct a survey regarding late payment in the construction industry, as Bruce Reynolds conducts an extensive review of the Construction Lien Act.
The survey invites both general and trade contractors to answer questions, to provide confidential results, presumably to demonstrate the scope and scale of the late payment problem within the construction industry.
