Consulting Engineers of Ontario (CEO) recognized 12 outstanding engineering projects at 15th Ontario Consulting Engineering Awards (OCEA) Gala in Toronto on April 8. CEO says the event celebrated the important contributions consulting engineers make in improving the social, economic and environmental quality of life across the province and Canada.

The premier award of the night, the Willis Chipman Award, went to R.V.
