Colonnade BridgePort wants to build a 21-storey residential high-rise in Ottawa, according to a rezoning application filed with the City of Ottawa at the end of November 2018.
The property, owned by 100 Argyle Corporation, is located at 100 Argyle Ave., on the south side of Argyle Avenue between Metcalfe and Elgin streets, north of Catherine St. and Highway 417. Directly across from the site is the Museum of Nature.
The 1,560-sq. m. property is currently serves as a 2.5-storey office building with surface parking to the side and rear occupy the property. The building has been identified as a heritage building and is part of the Centretown Heritage Conservation District.
The proposed development is a 21 storey high-rise apartment building with 12 surface and 62 below-grade parking spots.
