CMPX 2014, the Canadian Mechanical & Plumbing Exposition, has been a major success with  positive exhibitor and attendee feedback, the show organizers say in a news release. Detailed exhibitor and attendee surveys were sent out to the full list of those who registered for CMPX 2014. “The survey results will be carefully evaluated to help plan CMPX 2016,” the news release says.

Total attendance was 13,562 at the national trade show for the air conditioning, heating (forced air and hydronics) hearth, plumbing, piping, refrigeration and ventilation industries.

The show’s name changed this year from CMX-CIPHEX in 2012 to CMPX 2014 to better reflect the industry. CMPX is presented by HRAI, the Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada and CIPH, the Canadian Institute of Plumbing and Heating.
