Melloul Blamey to build new mental health facility in Guelph

Construction continues on a new hub for mental health services on Waterloo Avenue in Guelph by this time next year, reports Guelph Mercury.

The former Salvation Army Citadel will be renovated and repurposed as the new head office of the Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo Wellington Dufferin.

The old building will be razed and a new 22,787-square-foot, roughly $10.2 million structure will replace it.

The building is being built by Melloul Blamey Construction.
