Coco Group was the subdivision applicant for the 30-acre property.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the council also approved the draft plan for the next phase of the River Ridge subdivision that would see the eventual construction of 185 townhouse dwelling units.<\/p>\n<p>River Ridge is located next to the Lakeshore Discovery and St. Anne\u2019s schools and is near the Atlas Tube Centre, a multi-use recreational complex.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Lakeshore Town Council approved an application for the construction of 148 new homes in the River Ridge subdivision, Windsor Star reported.
