The state of the current environment surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic has forced Global to implement precautionary procedures to keep employees and customers safe. These procedures include the use of PPE and safe distance work stations.
The biggest impact has been scheduling, due to project delays and modifications. In response, Global has turned to the workforce, hiring additional personnel and extended workhours – including week ends.
