The Canadian Association of Women in Construction (CAWIC) is holding a workshop on Saturday, Nov. 10.
Sponsored by Aird Berlis, the workshop is keeping in line with the association’s mission: “To facilitate the success of women in the Canadian construction industry by uniting our voices, knowledge and resources through the passion of our members and the women we inspire.”
Keynote speaker is Renata Kuprinskiene, leadership and life balance consultant/coach.
The program starts with The Art and Science of Influence. The discussion will cover such subjects as influence, power of trust, building and maintaining relationships for success, behavioural styles and their impact on the results women achieve in their professional and personal lives.
