Drake recently laid down $6.7 million for a piece of land in Toronto’s exclusive Bridle Path area for his new digs at 21 Park Lane Circle.
The bungalow that sat on the land was demolished to make way for the singer’s lavish mansion, according to the CBC.
The home plans include an NBA-sized basketball court, jersey museum and awards room. There will be two bars near an extravagant indoor pool and another which will include an area for chilled wine and champagne.
There will also be two saunas, a massage room, hot tub, piano room, screening room and gym.
