The Lakeshore Town Council approved an application for the construction of 148 new homes in the River Ridge subdivision, Windsor Star reported.
With new builds and residential real estate sales in Lakeshore on a tear, the municipality anticipates that all those new River Ridge single-detached dwellings could be built this year. Coco Group was the subdivision applicant for the 30-acre property.
In addition, the council also approved the draft plan for the next phase of the River Ridge subdivision that would see the eventual construction of 185 townhouse dwelling units.
River Ridge is located next to the Lakeshore Discovery and St. Anne’s schools and is near the Atlas Tube Centre, a multi-use recreational complex.
