McMaster University in Hamilton has issued a RFP for proposals to design, build, finance and manage a new graduate student residence (GSR), DataBid.com reports.
McMaster is issuing the RFP to identify private sector companies which have “the capability, expertise and experience in student housing real estate, development, finance and management.”
“The GSR will provide a modern energy-efficient building to help address McMaster’s space constraints; it provides a unique opportunity for the continued growth and evolution of McMaster,” the university’s announcement says.
Bids are due July 28. The estimated project cost hasn’t been published.
