Panelists and attendees gathered at Niagara College’s Welland Campus on April 13 for a Women in Construction panel event held as part of Inclusion Week. Hosted by the School of Trades, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion and Community Relations teams in partnership with the Niagara Home Builders’ Association, the session featured industry professionals sharing their experiences and insights into careers in construction, followed by a Q&A discussion.
