Happy Civic Holiday Weekend. How are you spending your three-day long weekend to kick off the last month of the Summer? For me, it is getting 21 tonnes of stone I had delivered from Cotton Inc., a local company in Niagara, graded in my drive way to make a smooth ride for my daughter to get from the house to the bus in September as she starts Junior Kindergarten.
Next month, I expect to see an increase in requests to publish Certificates of Substantial Performance for a wide range of projects related to the preparation for the start of school in September. In past years, these notices have ranged from washroom upgrades/repairs, Air Conditioning, playground installations, paving and concrete work along with a few completions of new buildings from elementary level, to college and universities.
Is your company doing work like this? If so, when you submit your Form 9s or other documents for publishing, you can include some photos and a short write-up of the work you have completed with your construction team, which we will publish as a news article at no additional cost.
What new projects are you planning or working on this Fall? I would be happy to provide coverage of your ground-breaking ceremonies, project milestones and conclusions, including topping up ceremonies and grand openings.
